Taisteal is a family run, neighbourhood restaurant with a twist.
Meaning travel or journey, Taisteal presents dishes using the best local Scottish produce combined with ingredients & culinary techniques from around the world. Taisteal takes elements of fine dining and presents them in a relaxed environment.
Head Chef Gordon Craig, and his wife Lucy, developed the idea for Taisteal whilst travelling in China and have made it a reality with the help of a small but dedicated staff team.
Taisteal has been recognised for it’s individual style and has been included in the Michelin guide, aa guide and the good food guide.
